BloopTrend accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging included
- Proof of purchase is required
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used personal care items
- Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate items
- Personalized or custom items
- Perishable goods
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital products
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact support@blooptrend.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items (e.g., buyer's remorse). Return shipping is free only if the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part
- No restocking fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered as a direct swap. Instead, they are processed as a return and a new replacement order.
