Orders and shipping

Where do you ship? We ship within the United States.

How much is shipping? Flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all US orders.

How long does delivery take? Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Times vary by product; when we know the estimate, it is shown on the product page.

Where do items ship from? Most items ship from US warehouses; a few ship from overseas, with longer delivery times noted on the product page.

How do I track my order? Tracking is added to your order once it ships. You get it by email. See Track Order.

Returns

What is your return window? 30 days, for unused items. Full details: Returns & Exchanges.

How do returns work? You send the item back first, at your own cost. We inspect it before any refund is processed. Outbound shipping is not refunded.

Products

What do you sell? Gifts for him, gifts for her, holiday and seasonal gifts and decor, and stocking stuffers.

Are reviews on the site real? We do not post fake reviews. If a product has no reviews yet, you will see none.

Account and privacy

Do I need an account to buy? No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to track orders more easily.

How do you use my email? Order emails are required. Marketing emails are optional. See our Privacy Policy.
