You can return unused items within 30 days.

How returns work

1. Email support@blooptrend.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Send the item back to us. You pay the cost of shipping it back. Keep your return tracking number.
3. We inspect the item when it arrives. We process a refund only after that inspection.

• Returned within 30 days
• Unused items

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item. Outbound shipping is not refunded.

Email us at support@blooptrend.com with your order number and photos so we can look into it.
