Most items ship from US warehouses; a few ship from overseas, with longer delivery times noted on the product page.

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Times vary by product; when we know the estimate, it is shown on the product page.

Missing a package?

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email support@blooptrend.com with your order number.
